Discover MTPA

The Montgomery Tennis Patrons Association (MTPA) was founded over 30 years ago to connect local tennis players and promote the game in Montgomery, a then-small farming community. Today, MTPA continues to foster a love for tennis, offering a social space for players to connect and celebrate the sport.

As a charitable organization, MTPA uses its profits to support youth tennis programs and increase adult participation. Funding comes from membership dues, sponsorships, and events, enabling MTPA to run fundraisers and initiatives.

Members enjoy discounts, news updates, and opportunities to contribute or volunteer. The members-only MTPA Bar, located at the Nassau Tennis Club, offers drinks during events, with proceeds benefiting MTPA's causes. It’s currently open during events, with plans to expand in the future.

• Discounted registration and entry fees to MTPA Leagues, Events and selected Tournaments

MTPA Memberships allow you to get discounts to Events, Social & Competitive League Play, and selected Tournaments.  You will also get priority admission to any event or social league that requires membership. 

MTPA welcomes all to enjoy our many events, social and competitive league play, as well as MTPA hosted Tournaments, and everyone is welcome to participate in any event at the full price. 

Annual membership will be billed annually on your anniversary, and you will enjoy discounts throughout the year that you are an active member.  Annual memberships will save you over the long run, especially if you plan to participate in more than a few events. 

Quarterly memberships are available at a lower cost and lines up with our Social League Play season, convenient for those who only want to participate for that season.
