Adult Leagues
Nassau Racquet and Tennis Club offers a dynamic and inclusive league play experience, with divisions for men, women, mixed doubles, and seniors. Leagues are a great opportunity for any player to get on the court an get active. Whether you're looking for friendly competition or a chance to get some serious matchplay in, our leagues provide a fun and challenging environment for players of all levels in both singles and doubles match formats.
Please note that a Membership is required to play in our In House Leagues.

Men's Leagues
Our Men's League is a great way to stay active and test your skills through exciting, competitive matchplay. Whether you prefer singles or doubles, our professional staff ensures every match is scheduled to fit your game. Matches are played in a 2-out-of-3 set format. Join us for an exciting season where competition meets camaraderie, and every match brings new opportunities to challenge yourself and connect with fellow tennis enthusiasts.
Note, a membership is required to participate in our men's league.

Women's Leagues
Our Women's league offers players a great way to stay active through competitive matchplay. League members have the opportunity to play in doubles or singles matches scheduled by our professional staff. Matches are played in a best 2-out-of-3 set format. Women's In-House Doubles League
Caribbean League
Nassau's Caribbean League is an exciting, women-only league that runs for 6 weeks, offering a fun and competitive atmosphere for all skill levels.
Teams compete in a round-robin match format, ensuring each team faces off against the other teams during the season.
In addition to the thrilling matches, players can enjoy a delicious continental breakfast each week, and play for the chance to win unique prizes at the conclusion of the league.

Mixed | Senior Leagues
Our Mixed & Senior * leagues offer players a great way to stay active through co-ed competitive matchplay. League members have the opportunity to play in doubles matches scheduled by our professional staff. Matches are played in a best 2-out-of-3 set format. Below is the schedule for our Mixed & Senior leagues.
* Note: Anyone 55 or older qualifies for Senior league play. Additionally, players must have an NTRP rating of at least 3.0
