What are Contract Courts?

Contract Courts represent court time that is reserved for a group of players on a specific day / time. Groups may "contract" a court for the entire season - up to 32 weeks, locking in their day / time by paying an upfront cost.

2025 Outdoor Season Application Process:

2025 Indoor Season Application Process:

May 16, 2025:

Contract Court Application & initial deposit due ($200 per hour of court time)

June 16, 2025:

Last day to receive initial deposit refund for court cancellation

August 16, 2025:

Full contract court payment due in full

August 31, 2025:

Any Contract Court not paid in full will be forefited & offered to the waiting list

September 8, 2025:

First week of the Indoor Season. Liability waiver due from all Contract Court participants

Outdoor Season: Contract Rates

Dates: April 14, 2025 - September 1, 2025 *

7:00 am - 5:00 pm:

$380 (per hour)

5:00 pm - Close:

$420 (per hour)

Saturday | Sunday:

$420 (per hour)

* Note: Rates are based on a 20 week schedule

Indoor Season: Contract Rates

Dates: September 8, 2025 - April 23, 2026 *

6:00 am - 9:00 am:

$1,216 (per hour)

9:00 am - 4:00 pm:

$1,536 (per hour)

4:00 pm - Close:

$2,048 (per hour)

Saturday | Sunday | Holidays:

$2,048 (per hour)

Hitting Sessions / Lessons from Outside Coaches

Hitting sessions from outside Coaches, or players, outside of our Professional Staff are not allowed during Contract Court reservations. In the event that there is an outside Coach, or Player, conducting a hitting session or lesson during a Contract Court Reservations, the hourly rate will be adjusted to $100 for the entire reservation.

This is done to protect our Professional Coaching Staff and to prevent a competitive disadvantage.

This applies to both indoor and outdoor courts at our facility during Contract Court reservations.
