If you are unable to attend a clinic session, please follow the step-by-step instructions provided below to report your absence.
Please note that absences must be submitted through our online system 24-hours prior to the class in order to qualify for a make-up session.

Players are allowed one Make-up per session, per class, within the same session as the missed class.

Players are allowed to take multiple Make-ups as long as there is availability and level suitability, per the Director's discretion.

Players will be able to carry all Make-ups from one session to the next as long as they are registered for the same number of days (at a minimum) during the next session.

-  This applies to the Fall, Winter, and Spring sessions (within the same Academic year), however, we are unable to carry Make-ups from those sessions into the Summer Camp.

We are not able to provide Make-ups during the Summer Camp.
