Forge Ahead LLC (“Forge Ahead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Nassau Tennis Club mobile application (the “App”) for Nassau Racquet and Tennis Club (the “Club”). This Privacy Policy also applies to our website, nassautennis.ai, and nassau.allclubaccess.com, and related online services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard personal information when you use the Services.

We collect information reasonably necessary to provide and operate Club services, including court reservations, activity registration, profile administration, and purchases.

When you create or use an account, make a reservation, register for an activity, make a purchase, or contact us, we may collect:

• Name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, date of birth, membership or customer identification number, and profile information.
• Account credentials, such as username, password, and authentication information.
• Court bookings, cancellations, waitlist information, activity or event registrations, lesson or clinic registrations, attendance, membership information, and Club preferences.
• Information about guests, family members, or other participants that you provide in connection with a reservation or activity registration.
• Purchase, billing, transaction, refund, and payment-confirmation information.
• Messages, feedback, support requests, survey responses, and other communications you send to us.

Payments made through the Services may be processed by third-party payment processors. These providers may collect payment-card, billing, and other payment information needed to complete your transaction.

Forge Ahead and the Club may receive limited payment-related information, such as the transaction date, amount, payment status, payment type, confirmation number, and refund status. We do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on our own systems unless expressly disclosed to you and permitted by law.

When you use the App or website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Device type, operating system, browser type, app version, language setting, and mobile-network information.
• IP address, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from an IP address.
• App and website usage information, including screens viewed, features used, actions taken, access dates and times, referring pages, error reports, crash data, and diagnostic information.
• Information collected through cookies or comparable technologies on our website, where applicable.

We may receive information from the Club, authorized account administrators, payment processors, reservation or club-management software providers, and vendors that assist us in operating the Services.

We may use personal information to:

• Create, maintain, authenticate, and administer customer and membership accounts.
• Process court reservations, activity registrations, purchases, cancellations, waitlists, refunds, and related transactions.
• Confirm reservations, registrations, payments, and other customer activity.
• Provide customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve disputes or technical issues.
• Operate, maintain, personalize, improve, and secure the App, website, and Club services.
• Send transactional communications, including reservation confirmations, schedule changes, receipts, payment notices, account notices, and service announcements.
• Send marketing or promotional communications where permitted by law and subject to your communication preferences.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized use, security incidents, and other unlawful or harmful activity.
• Comply with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
• Enforce our agreements, policies, and legal rights and protect the rights, property, safety, and security of Forge Ahead, the Club, our customers, and others.

We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

• With Nassau Racquet and Tennis Club. We share information with authorized Club personnel as necessary to administer memberships, bookings, activities, purchases, customer service, and Club operations.
• With service providers. We may share information with vendors that provide services for us or on our behalf, including cloud hosting, reservation and club-management platforms, payment processing, customer support, communications, security, technical support, analytics, and app-performance monitoring.
• With payment processors and financial institutions. We share payment and transaction information as needed to process payments, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, and payment-network compliance.
• For legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information to governmental authorities, law enforcement, courts, regulators, attorneys, accountants, insurers, or other parties when required or permitted by law, legal process, or a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or security.
• Business transactions. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other business transaction involving Forge Ahead or the Club.
• With your consent or direction. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or provide consent.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not knowingly use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we provide any notice and choice required by applicable law.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, operate the Club, maintain account and transaction records, comply with legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and protect the security of our systems.

Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the reason it was collected, applicable law, and legitimate business needs. For example, we may retain transaction, reservation, and account records after account deletion where necessary for tax, accounting, audit, legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

You may request deletion of your Nassau Tennis Club account and associated personal information by contacting us at Info@nassautennis.net.

If the App includes an in-app account-deletion feature, you may also submit your request through that feature.

We may request information to verify your identity before acting on a deletion or other privacy request. We may retain information that is necessary to complete transactions, maintain legally required records, comply with legal obligations, protect against fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or preserve security.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, secure service-provider arrangements, encryption in transit where appropriate, and technical monitoring.

However, no method of transmitting or storing data electronically is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

You may:

• Update certain account or profile information through the App or by contacting the Club.
• Opt out of promotional email communications by using the unsubscribe link in the relevant email.
• Manage push-notification preferences through your device settings.
• Manage device permissions, including notifications, camera, location, contacts, or storage, through your device settings. Some App features may not operate fully if you disable a required permission.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and identity verification.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 without appropriate parental or legal-guardian involvement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except as permitted by applicable law and, when required, with parental or guardian consent.

The Services may rely on third-party providers, such as payment processors, reservation and club-management providers, cloud hosting providers, app infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and messaging providers.

Those providers may collect or process information under their own privacy policies and contractual obligations. This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party websites, applications, or services that are not controlled by Forge Ahead or the Club.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this policy and provide additional notice when required by law.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
