At Nassau Racquet and Tennis Club, we are proud to offer competitive opportunities for all skill levels through our USTA and CNJ Leagues. Whether you are a seasoned player or new to the game, our Leagues provide an environment to challenge yourself, improve your game, and connect with fellow tennis enthusiasts.
The United States Tennis Association (USTA) is the governing body for tennis in the United States. USTA League tennis is the largest adult competitve tennis league in the country and is a great way to socialize, compete, and improve your game. USTA League play provides the opportunity for teams to compete at the local, regional, and national level through reguarly scheduled matchplay.
Nassau offers three different USTA teams for anyone 18 or older:
Adult | Mixed | Tri-Level
Adult: teams are divided based on age and skill level (NTRP rating).
Mixed: teams are divided based on age & allows men and women to play together.
Tri-Level: teams include three different NTRP rating levels, with each match consisting of three doubles matches.

The Central New Jersey Tennis League (CNJTL) is a regional tennis league that primarily serves the central region of New Jersey.
