If you are unable to attend a clinic session, please follow the step-by-step instructions provided below to report your absence.
Please note that absences must be submitted through our online system 24-hours prior to the class in order to qualify for a make-up session.

Only one Make-up is allowed per session, per class, by permission of the appropriate program director. Make-up sessions may only be scheduled within the same session as the missed class.
All make-up requests must be submitted through our online system. 

Starting Fall 2025

Make-ups are not guaranteed. Please note that absences must be submitted through our online system 24-hours prior to the class in order to qualify for a make-up session.

Players are allowed to carry up to two make-ups, per registered day, into the next session as long as the player is registered for the same number of classes, or more, in the subsequent session. * 

All make-up requests must be submitted through our online system.

* For example: 

A player has three make-ups pending at the conclusion of the Fall session, two for his Monday group, and one for his Wednesday group. 

He then registers for one day (Monday) for the subsequent session. 

In this case he'd be eligible to carry two make-ups into the Winter session. 

If the player registers for a second, or third day, he'd then be able to request the additional make-up. This would be valid only for the Fall, Winter, and Spring sessions within the same academic year. Please note that no make-ups will be carried into the Summer Camp or converted into credits or private lessons, no exceptions.
