Absence Reporting & Make-Up Requests

If you are unable to attend a clinic session, please follow the step-by-step instructions provided below to report your absence.
Please note that absences must be submitted through our online system 24-hours prior to the class in order to qualify for a make-up session.

1) Make-Ups are NOT Guaranteed.
2) Please note that absences must be submitted through our online system 24-hours prior to the class in order to qualify for a make-up session.

3) Only one Make-Up is allowed per session, per class, by permission of the appropriate program director. 

4) Make-up sessions may only be scheduled within the same session as the missed class.
5) All make-up requests must be submitted through our online system.
